Package Shipping

EUROPE

It is very simple, make the order and you will recive it in a few days. Delivery times can be extended if we need to transfer any of the products of one of our warehouses.

Shipments of ball boxes are not made outside of Spain.

  • The transport company only makes 1 delivery attempt to the destination address.
  • If the package could not be delivered, the carrier leaves a notice and the package is parked for 1 week in the logistics center of the transport company, waiting for the customer to pick it up.
  • If the package is finally refused or the package is not is not picked up by the client within the week it will be returned to our warehouse. The order will be canceled and the amount paid to the customer will be returned, with a deduction of € 20 for shipping costs.
  • In the event that the delivery address is located in an area declared by the transport agency as a "REMOTE ACCESS or DIFFICULT ACCESS AREA", the shipping costs will have an added cost depending on the area. In this case the customer will be offered the added payment of these transport costs to proceed with the shipment of the order or, if this payment is not made, we will proceed to cancel the order and order the refund of the amount paid for the order.
  • Changes to the delivery address after the order has been shipped have a cost of € 8

Change of product

Any purchase you make at M1 Padel, you have 90 calendar days after receiving the order to process a change. The exchange of the product will be effective if the product meets the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been used.
  2. It keeps its original packaging and label.
  3. The product is not damaged by a source other than Deportes Match.

For orders in Spain(peninsula) and Portugal(peninsula) M1 Padel Deportes Match will take care of making a shipment with collection, that is to say when sending the product of change the same deliveryman that delivers the package will also collect from the client the package with the product that is changing. This service has a cost of 4 euros.

In the case of orders from outside Spain (peninsula) and Portugal (peninsula) will be the customer who will be responsible for sending the product you want to change to our warehouse [M1 Central - Deportes Match, C / Isidoro de Sevilla No 86 (Polígono Rabasa), CP: 03009 Alicante, TLF: +34 965.420.082] with the means of transport that you prefer and assuming the cost of that shipment. Once received the product and verified the conditions M1 Padel Deportes Match will send the exchange product to the customer.

Return of the product

Any purchase you make at Match Sports, you have 90 calendar days after receiving the order to process a return. The return of the total amount of the product will be effective if the product meets the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been used.
  2. It keeps its original packaging and label.
  3. The product is not damaged by a source other than M1 Padel.

In the event that the product does not meet the above conditions because it has already been used or because it does not retain its original packaging, labels or seals, it may also be returned within 14 days. In this case it is considered that there is a loss in the value of the product for which the customer is responsible. M1 PADEL Deportes Match will examine the condition of the product and decide what percentage of the amount to return after an individual assessment of each product, as required by law. Excluded in this case are opened cans of balls and shoes that have been used.

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

To return a product it must be sent back to our central warehouse at the following address:

This return shipment can be made in 2 ways:

  1. A.-The customer is responsible for sending the product to the above address at his own expense and will bear the transport costs of this shipment.
  2. B.-The customer can ask M1 PADEL Deportes Match to take care of the collection. In this case this service has a cost of 6.99€ for collections in Spain (peninsula) and Portugal (peninsula), for the rest of locations this service is not available.

In case of requesting a collection to M1 PADEL Deportes Match to pick up the product, the amount will be deducted from the amount of the return. In the case of bulky products such as boxes of balls, the amount of transport will be higher, it will be confirmed in each case. Orders from outside Spain (peninsula) or Portugal (peninsula), the customer will be responsible for making the return shipment and its cost.

Once the product has been received in perfect condition (according to points 1, 2 and 3), the amount paid for the product will be refunded. If the product is unsealed or used, it will be assessed in each case to determine the percentage of the amount to be refunded depending on its condition and the value it has lost because it is not in perfect condition.

We will proceed to refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, will not incur any costs as a result of the refund except for transfers outside Spain.

Once the product has been received and checked we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from that date.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. You must return or hand over the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us.

There are certain products that cannot be returned, such as personalised items (e.g. screen-printed T-shirts, kits, trophies), opened cans of balls, used shoes, the cost of strings on strung rackets, etc...

Warranty

Processing a warranty

M1 Padel, as a trusted store, is committed to acting as an intermediary between the end customer and the brand when managing the guarantee of certain products and paying half of the shipping costs if the brand accepts the return or exchange of the product. To process a guarantee you must follow the following steps:

  1. To process a warranty, please fill out our warranty form.
  2. Wait for an answer from our Customer Service.
  3. Send the product to the address "C/Isidoro de Sevilla nº 82, Alicante CP: 03009" (the customer will be responsible for shipping and cost)
  4. M1 Padel will receive the product and start the necessary steps with the brand.
  5. M1 Padel will contact the customer to communicate the decision of the brand regarding the product.
  6. M1 Padel will send the new product to the address provided by the customer.

Any shipment or change of product is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability. M1 Padel in its commitment to quality service to the customer will try at all times to have all the product advertised available, however if by exceptional circumstances there is an end of stock of the product M1 Padel will try to contact the customer for an exchange for a product of similar or superior characteristics or refund the full amount.

The standard warranty period is 6 months but may vary depending on the brand

ORDERS

AGE. In order to place an order the customer must be of legal age, otherwise it will be the parents who place the order in their name. In case minors (between 14 and 18 years old) require information, they can ask for it with the recommendation of being advised by their parents before participating online in our web pages. Minors under 14 years of age will not be able to submit forms or give any personal information.

>DELIVERY OF ORDERS. When placing an order, the customer chooses the form of delivery of the goods. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. In case the package cannot be delivered due to any reason, such as incorrect address, missing recipient, package rejection, etc., the package will be returned to our warehouse.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The commitment acquired by MATCH FACTORY of sale and dispatch of the offered merchandise is subordinated to the stock of the advertised product and to the availability of the same one until end of stock, reason why MATCH FACTORY, in its commitment of quality and service to the client, tries at any moment that the advertised products are available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances causing the product to be out of stock, the order and the contract signed between the parties will be cancelled by virtue of this cancellation clause, and the client will be fully reimbursed in the event of prepayment of the amounts paid by him, without any compensation being due to either party for breach of contract, consequential damage or loss of profit.

MATCH FACTORY will not send any order until it is verified that payment has been made.

The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs on the sale price.

The customer is responsible for verifying the content and status of the merchandise at the time of delivery, being accepted and specifying his signature on the copy of the receipt to be returned to the transport company, expresses his agreement on the receipt and waiving Subsequent claims on the suitability and identity of the merchandise requested and received. In the case of verifying the client at the time of delivery errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged, you must record these circumstances in the aforementioned receipt of the transport company and report these facts to MATCH FACTORY in the 24 hours, by written complaint to atencliente@deportesmatch.com or by phone calling +34 965 420 082.
